Two things I’d like to figure out how to do:
1. When setting up a new group, “News” is currently a required field. But there’s not usually news to write about at that point. So I’d like that to be optional (if it’s there at all).
2. Have the Group Settings edit area accessible from within BuddyPress frontend. Admins and moderators would be able to edit. Flipping back and forth to the backend is a pain in the butt and, more importantly, “Users” can create groups but not edit them (as far as I can tell).
Any help would be much appreciated!
