Is there a WordPress/BuddyPress plugin that allows a Group to pay subscription and then limit the number of members joining the group?

For example: I could use such a feature to sell discounted memberships so that if you pay for 5 subscriptions as a package they come cheaper than individually purchased subscriptions. I’d simply have a group limited to 5 members and then have the group purchase the subscription. Any one of the 5 users is then able to access premium content by virtue of being members of the paid up group.
