Groups and BP Docs

    So I’m looking for a way to display information from a group to all users (including non-group members) while restricting group membership. The problem I have is that a public group won’t work for me because I need to be able to control group membership, but a private group won’t work either because it does not allow a non-member to see any content within it. I am specifically trying to have a group in which I can control membership, have publicly available documents through BuddyPress Docs, and have restricted group only documents. Anyone know of a fix or plugin that would help me out here?
