have members hidden from one another

this may seem like a strange request but i am developing a business solution for a client and while i do need certain members to be able to “see” other members in certain situations, i do need to have full control over who see’s or is aware of who…. i am currently investigaing the s2member plugin but i wonder is that capable of doing what i want.
