Hidden Groups not shown in admin panel

Why are hidden groups not being shown in the admin panel?

Is this a bug?

I am operating a K-12 student setup and I NEED to see everything as admin!!! PLEASE HELP SO I CAN see any hidden groups as admin.

What part of the admin panel are you talking about? Do you mean Dashboard > Site Admin > Groups? On all my installations of BP I can see hidden groups on this screen when logged in as site administrator.

Yes. I am talking about the Site Admin Panel. For some reason hidden groups are totally hidden.

You need to upgrade; this bug was fixed in a recent version.
