Hide profile groups from particular membership levels when in edit profile

Hey

Im currently working on a site where I need to restrict a particular membership level (from Paid Membership Pro), from accessing multiple profile groups when editing their profile.

This is because I have to have one membership level which has access to more of their extended profile forms from the other membership level.

Any advise would be grateful
