hide reply option for a specific group message

    I want to hide the reply option for members for a group, private message.

    I have a group where all site members are joined, named with “support”

    whenever a support group sends a private message, no member should be able to reply on those messages,

    so basically no one can send a message to this group

    Can’t advise on your specific issue but my site uses the Better Messages plugin by Wordplus , it gives many options to allow/restrict messages/replies in various permutations. Worth investigating.
    There is a free version as well as premium.
