How can Create Custom Situation in Buddy Press

Hello all,
I want to create a custom situation in buddypress. Condition is below
When a new comment and new post is occur in particular group a email notification should be send to admin.
I have tried custom email’s (https://codex.buddypress.org/emails/custom-emails/) but i didn’t got any positive result.
