Put your email address into the CC field. There’s also a mailing list that sends emails once anything happens on any ticket.
The “View Tickets > My Tickets” option only pulls up tickets that are assigned to you. In other words, are tickets that you are going to investigate, come up with a solution, and then provide a patch. So, “My Tickets” does not mean “tickets which I’ve created”, it means tickets I have be assigned to fix.
Of course, if you believe that you already have found the solution and have created a patch, then you should place your login name into the “Assign to” field. But, do not place your login name into that field if you are not going to work on solving the problem.
How do you guys manage your tickets?
We only look at tickets as being ours if the have been assigned to us by Andy or we have self-assigned them and are actively working on a solution to them.
