how can i get and place those adminbar links on another location?

i want to get those links at adminbar and place on my custom menu in mine theme
the problem: those urls are customized with the name of the logged user, so i can’t just copy and paste, i need the function or something like that.
example: http://www.example.com/members/logged-in-user/profile/public/what i have to do to use that link on another location?
