BuddyPress.org

I’m using BuddyPress for my International Marriage Agency where American men sign up to view profiles of Russian women for marriage. I want the Men to be able to Sign Up and use the site but I don’t want their profiles to be visible to other members. Men’s profiles should only be visable to an Admin. Only Women’s profiles should be visible to all members. How can I do this? Thank you.
