How can I make names with spaces and capital letters for users?

I’d like to display “fancy usernames”, the site I’m working on has a dev version here http://new.bics.ie/
For example see the user – http://new.bics.ie/soc/gaisce-soc/ Their name is shown as “Gaisce Soc” on their profile, though everywhere else its shown as “gasice-soc”. Any help would be appreciated!
