how can I use BP to build a social bookmarking site?

Good morning or evening, whichever it is for you,
I started on this adventure a week ago because I became extremely fed up with delicious. I miss the old delicious, I admit. I see a lot of cool possibilities with BP that would probably be interesting to incorporate, but at the heart of it, I still want my delicious-like functionality and I’m not sure how to do that with BP, especially not with the current versions of BP and WP where some of the most helpful plugins are either not tested or are broken.
I am hoping someone can help me, guide me.
What the site should do:
* instead of blogs, the posts should be like each delicious submit — a title w/ a url, a description area, and tags
* the title should be a link to the url entered.
*at some point, I’m going to want to break the tags into customized taxonomies so that some only appear when certain ones are chosen — ie. two radio buttons appear in the entry form, if the contributor selects A, then, a row of tags from taxonomy 1 will appear to be selected from, otherwise, the tags from taxonomy 2 will appear. — this will be my version of tag buddles and my way of controlling how they are used.I am really hoping someone can help me. I am willing to compensate for time spent. Thanks in advance,
