How do I change nofollow links on profile pages to do-follow links

Hi everyone
I’m using Buddypress 1.8.1 in WP 3.6. On the profile pages outbound links are by default nofollow. However, we would like to change that to do-follow. Where can we change that? I only found answers for very old BP-versions.
