How do I create page listing members of only one category?

For the site I’m running, we have a category of members called “mentors” (senior folks who are willing to help newbies). I’d like to have a static page listing just those people who have clicked on that category in their profiles. Is that possible?
I’m running WP 2.9.2 and BP 1.2.3
