How do I move the location of image on the member profile page?

This appears to be a fairly minor issue as opposed to some of the ones here so hopefully someone may help. I offer my thanks in advance for any assistance.

I’m running Buddypress v.2.4.3 on my site. I have a Genesis parent theme with the Metro Pro child theme. When I click on a member page, such as the one below, there is a gray box which appears to be where the avatar, username, recent active time, and other options should be located.

However, the information is not entirely in the box but starts about halfway down the box and continues into the remainder of the page. Is there an option to center this?

    Thanks,

After reading some of the general comments here, I loaded Twenty Thirteen as my theme and the issue persists.

By grey box, do you mean the ‘Cover Image’ area?

    Try uploading a cover image.
Or turning them off via wp-admin > Settings > BuddyPress > Settings > Cover Image Uploads

Thank you. I thought that it might be an easy fix. It was a cover image, it looks like it’s supposed to be off center, and I now have a cover image that I like there.

Thanks a ton. Really appreciate it.
