How do you edit the profile page design?

Hello, i was looking through the files and i searched online but i cant figure out how to edit the profile page design of users

ex. http://cravedgames.com/wordpressmu/wordpress-mu/members/admin/activity

What files should i edit to change the profile design? Thank you in advance.

I dont mean the buddypress members theme in general i mean specifically the page where the profile is held for the user (not profile/index.php)

I think I just edited the profile loop and a lot of css in the member theme. All of that will be in the member theme. But I started with the skeleton, which I actually had to strip down even more, and then build it up a bit.
