How do you remove the copyright at the bottom?

For example, my site science2point0.com has (C) science 2.0 at the bottom. I dont want this. How do I remove it?

no default copyright message in BP
https://trac.buddypress.org/browser/branches/1.2/bp-themes/bp-default/footer.php

but otherwise create a child theme file for footer.php
