With 1.5 ver … I would like to built an Index [& Social Network with Forums], well I want main page be like old-style YAHOO INDEX, or DMOZ, you know, any Theme or/and Plugin for this or any tip to give?

what about give ability users create inside their account blogs…what plugin install for this?

Go to your dashboard look for forums if you have bbpress sitewide forums> click new forum.
