How to activate User manually in Wp-admin?

regulary i have the follwoing problem:
a user creates an account without getting the confirmation email or without understanding that he or she hs to click on the link.
Is there any possibility to activate the user account manually? The only exisiting pugin i found (Wp Activate User) is not working for the current version of BP (Syntax error).best rgards and thanks
