How to add a text editor in the edit profile section

Hello!
I have a client requesting a text editor in the edit profile section.
We have a text area called Bio, where users can add a description about what they do. However, he has requested if they can add paragraphs and make bold writing. Simple text editing stuff.
Right now you can’t on this buddypress (version: 1.6.1) and i can’t find a plugin that does.
