How to add a wordpress page to buddypress menu

Hello World,
I am new to buddypress and wordpress and would like to know how I can add a link to a custom page in the buddypress menu.
I am using the PMPRO plugin which creates a member page.
I want the buddypress profile picture of a member to go to that page.
Any help or hints is greatly appreciated
