How to add an Admin Link in the Users Profile?

Greetings, I would like to find a way that the admin/super user would have access to the Users /wp-admin user settings.
This is purely because there is no way to Add Badges from MyCred on the front end (Unless I am missing something) and I want a quick link to manage a User as the WP-Admin bar doesn’t take you to the wp-admin user link.
