How to add different users for the same group in a multisite network in wordpres

and have 3 common groups i.e vendors, consultants and printers for all the 3 sites
but my problem is if I add a members to vendors group of site-one then the same member is available under the vendors group of all the 3 sites. that’s what I need to avoid.
I need the admin should add the members for each site as per his wish!
Any suggestion will be greatly appriciated!
