How to add filter to Groups members in buddypress

Hi,
I would like to add filter(orderby Latest,alphabetical etc) for members in group
How can I add this feature, My buddypress version is 1.2.7

My buddypress version is 1.2.7

This version is about 5 years old. Update BP, as mentionned filter are now all buit in.

My wp(wp3.0.1) also old, to update both it will take more time bcz we have more data and development, we are planing to update it but it will take more 1yr

So now how can I do this filtration?? Can you please help me.
