how to add google ajaxlibs

buddypress uses jquery 1.3.2 and I like to give that file from CDN of google. you probably know this address http://code.google.com/intl/tr/apis/ajaxlibs/
I checked the bp-sn-parent/header.php and it includes those js files when <?php do_action( ‘bp_head’ ) ?>
I dont want to hard code this issue into bp because it will be overwritten at next release. can you show me the path how can I do this convert by legal ways of BP
