How to add own profile page in theme?

I’d like to add the profile page of a user to his Woocommerce account page on a seperate tab, so he can easily navigate to his own profile and edit the info over here together with all other available account information.
In order to do this, I would like to add the “My profile” page in the theme. Is there some kind of action/hook/filter which allows this, so I don’t have to copy the code for the profile page?
