How to add report/block member option?

I have a dating site that uses BuddyPress and I need to give all the members the option to report and block other members and content.
How can I do that?
I know that is possible but I don’t know how.

There’s BuddyBlock, that seems to do what you are looking for.

Thanks. It does block other members.

And what about report content? like if someone posted an inappropriate picture and one user sees it, how can she report that content to admin?

Though it’s no longer being developed, I’m still using Wangguard, which includes that feature.
