How to allow users to delete their own posts in BuddyPress forum

We created a new website (http://www.yeschinese.com/) and I installed the latest BuddyPress and set up some site-wide forums. However, I couldn’t find the link to let users to delete their own posts. Is this feature supported at all? I wonder if somebody can help me on that. Thanks a lot!
