How to automatically display members in Buddypress?

I am running a WordPress website with the Buddypress plugin on it. I have a geo location plugin called GEO MY WP with the extension “Member Directory” and I am having a little problem.
Indeed, it works fine when I click on the “Auto locate” my position but it doesn’t display any member unless I click on the little filter tab “All members” :
My question is the following: is there a way that the user can access the list of the users without having to click on that “All members” thing? I could hide it or simply take it out of the code but if I do so, the form is not submitted and it simply doesn’t work.
