How to ban phone numbers and emails in private messages

Hi, anyone know how to detect / prevent exchange of phone/email in PM’s?

Or, is there a way for such messages to be flagged then approved by admin?

Alternatively, worst case, for admin to have to approve all PM’s?

Any advice greatly appreciated.

You would need to use regular expressions to determine if a phone number or email address was used in the message text. However, writing a regular expression for an email address is notoriously difficult.
