How to change Google adsense address

Good days google family am writing to you know that I have been requesting for my Google address pin for some months now and I have not received it and now I have changed a location and I also changed my address in Google adsense account but the problem now is that after changing my address I can’t request for a new pin, the system keep telling me that I have to wait for 3 weeks and it has been more than 2 months and that’s my old address.
