How to change language of bbpress (in wpmu widesite+bp integration)?

I have some little problem to understanding bbpress integration,
where i can set general settings for bbpress? like language?and is possible adding plugin to bbpress? ? change it’s template?
(some guide saying : install buddy but not the forum plugin from wizard….but i have done this passage, possible come to back?)
