How to change positioning of buddybar menu items?

Hello, I have an addon that adds a link to the buddybar, but the link is appearing below the logout link:
Just wondering how I could re-arrange these, I’m not sure what function to use, would I have to remove them and then add them back again?
Also how would I go about replacing the second username with the text “My Profile”
