I would like to do a couple of things and could use some guidance.

I would like to change the urls of the members admin bar. Example: When you click on your user name in the members admin bar it goes the edit profile page. I would like it to just go to the profile page. Also if I wanted to redirect the edit link on the profile page to a custom edit profile page (Profile Builder Plugin page) or at the very least add my custom Profile Builder edit profile form show up in the buddy press members profile page.

I would also like to have a My Account menu with the same links in it that are in the My Account list in the members admin bar in a side bar or in the main navigation.

I know my around html and css but lost when it comes to php.
I am new to most of this and would appreciate any help.
