How to completely uninstall bp/bb?

well as my install is messed up yet again, this time instead of starting from scratch, I’d like to simply uninstall bp/bb from the system and start that part over again.
Is there a complete uninstall script that will clean the db tables available?
If not, what all is involved in uninstalling, so that I can reinstall again?
–I searched all the docs but do not see a complete list of the bp tables that need to be wiped out. Well I know the bp tables, but there are references to bp in other tables as well. I want to make sure I get it completely out of the system before trying this yet again
