How to disable WordPress Multisite registration form when BuddyPress is activated on subsite.

When BuddyPress is activated on the subsite on WordPress multisite, WordPress registration form is still active, which can be accessed via non_bp_root_blog/wp-signup.php. I’m using WP 3.2.1 with BP 1.2.9 and BP 1.5 (trunk).
Anyone know how to disable WordPress registration form on all blogs when BuddyPress is active?
