How to display hidden pages without logging in

Hi
Is there a way i can display pages such as terms, privacy, about us etc in the footer with out having users to log in. Currently they have to log in to view these pages.
I am using BP- Columns Theme customized. and version 3.0.4 of wordpress.

Any help would be great i have been on this for ages now.
