How to edit buddypress page title?

    Hi everyone,

    I just installed buddypress, and the default page title are as below
    Activity page – Activity Stream Directory
    profile page – admin Activity Stream
    Group – User Group Directory
    member – Member Directory
    I would like the title to be Site Activity | mysite name, user group | mysite name etc
    I search for plugins, apparently all dont work, such as all in one seo,seopress,etc

    How can i achieve it?
