How to enable "Re-enter email" during sign up?

    During the new member sign up, there is only one place/field to enter email.

    Many sites (including facebook) ask users to “re-enter” email during sign up.

    I am wondering how can I enable this on sign up page so that users re-enter their email confirmation?

    Please advise.
