How to fix BuddyPress widget that not working?

The buddyPress widget shows only the tittle and this:

No one has signed up yet!

Which is actually there already members registered. Does anyone knows why this happen and how to fix it?

I have the same problem. Did you ever figure this out?

The widget will only display users who have logged in and have been active on the site, it won’t display users who have registered but not logged in.

I only have three test users, and I have logged all of them in within the past 12 hours, and the widget still doesn’t display them. Does “being active” mean doing something more than just them logging in?
