How to Fix Missing Member Theme after Upgrade

If you having problems with the default member theme not being found after upgrading, these steps should correct the problem.
1. Navigate to the BuddyPress Settings page and under the option “Select theme to use for BuddyPress generated pages” select the skeleton theme and click Save Settings.
2. Now return and select the default theme and click Save Settings.
3. It should work now.
