How to generate a string from text file to each user

I need to generate a String from my text file ti each user profile
example : in my text file have 10 String in 10 row like :
Gx1
Gx2
Gx3
Gx4
Gx5
Gx6
Gx7
Gx8
Gx9
Gx10
and I want to add
Gx1 to in profile of user1 when user1 register on my website
Gx2 to user2
Gx3 to user3
…
Gx10 to user10 when user10 register on my site
