How to get BuddyPress SiteBars?

    Hello!
    I have a Problem I don’t get the BuddyPress sidebars can I somehow turn them on or something?

    Well I followed a tutorial and he added widgets to “BuddyPress left site” but i don’t have this options even though I followed each step
