I used site activity on my home page and want to hide item tabs. I know i can css display none and that will do the trick, the problem is if i do that, it will also hide the profile tabs. I have tried

    .home-page #item-tabs-list { home

but it didn’t work. Any suggestions?

Are you showing activity on the front or do you use a theme that outputs the activity? Either way – you can remove tabs by editing the template. Which one depends on what you are doing on your site.

For example using the default buddypress/activity/index.php layout:

    Starting at: div class=”item-list-tabs

Comment out / delete until the 2nd:

    `
    `

But, that of course removes tons of functionality. I would assume you want to just show it without that on the front?

Thanks for the reply, I ended up doing a home-page item list tabs and it worked.
