How to let BDpress uses theme style.css?

I have a new BDpress installation, but font sizes are defined by BDpress, which does not match my theme (child-theme) style.
I thought about doing this using CSS custom….. but I saw it is quit a lot of places I need to change font style.
I have BDpress installed here : serendipity.hokidoki.nl it is a single site , last wp, bbpresss and BDpress versions installed.
I have this combination also installed by another multisite version.
How can I get that BDpress uses font sizes from my child-theme?
