How to Notify Moderators of Spam

In an effort to support the community, I am curious how do you notify Moderator of Spammer instead of tagging everyone. I know some forums have a report to moderate. http://buddypress.org/support/topic/you-and-your-weight-lose-programme-nutra-burn-10/

if it’s not on the front page reply to topic with the word spam and one of the mods will get rid of it.
