how to post to a wire by choosing a group from the list?

hello. i want to learn something:
i’m using bp 1.1.1 and wp-mu 2.8.
i want to choose one group from the groups list, and want to post to the group’s wire which i chose. not like the groups directory but a new list.
how can i do that? if i couldnt tell my request, i want to prepare a ss for you.
