How to properly add wp-post update into personal activity stream?

Here is my last asked question, and haven’t got solved yet. personal activity stream
After i removed the global before user_id, there is updated Blog post after userid set not global displayed in the site wide activity stream. Still nothing in personal activity stream.
I really need to get this solved. Thanks.
Any suggestions will be appreciated. Including related documentation.
