How to Remove / Avoid Fake Memberes and Posts

Greetings all. I have three problems and need some help. (1) I have created a BuddyPress page and all my four members are fake and some have a links to places on their comments page. How can I remove them and OR their comments. (2) How can I set up the site to avoid this from happening in the future? (3) I am glad to have almost 200 people a day at the site, but I think that they are not real people who visit, is there are a way to tell ( I am thinking that they are just some sort of roving computer bot). I mean would it make sense to have all of these people visiting your site and the only four or five members you have are fake?
I can tell they are fake because they don’t talk about what the site is about and most have sales pitches
